Refund policy

Each song is custom digital content. You may request cancellation before paid music generation begins. Once generation has started, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable where permitted by law.

When we refund or remake

If we cannot deliver the purchased files, deliver corrupted files, or materially miss the story details you supplied, contact support within 14 days. We will first offer a correction or safe regeneration; if we cannot resolve it, we will refund the affected purchase.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country. Approved refunds are processed through the provider used for the original payment.
