Acceptable Use Policy

Use StorySong only for lawful, original and respectful song requests. These rules apply to stories, names, prompts, lyrics, artwork and videos.

Prohibited content

• NSFW, pornography, explicit or sexually suggestive content, sexual exploitation or any sexual content involving minors.
• Real-person impersonation, voice cloning, face swaps, deepfakes or misleading endorsements.
• Unlicensed copyrighted lyrics or other material you do not have permission to use.
• Threats, targeted harassment, hate, promotion of violence, fraud or other illegal or harmful activity.
• Private identity documents, financial credentials or other people’s sensitive personal information without permission.
• Attempts to bypass safeguards or use the service to generate prohibited material.

Review and enforcement

We may block requests, review reported content, restrict abusive use and remove prohibited outputs. Automated checks are limited and do not guarantee that every unsafe request is detected. Users must review outputs before sharing them.

Report a concern

Email support@storysongmaker.com with an order reference or a description of the issue. Do not email illegal material or sensitive identity documents.
